Dr.Rodgers is the developer of the Social Economic Empowerment Department (SEED). Dr. Rodgers serves on board of directors and committees (both) civic, governmental, businesses and religious organizations throughout the Chicagoland area. He has been instrumental in inspiring the development of community redevelopment revitalization programs and incubating new businesses and network of business support systems. Through his ministry God has used him via faith-based efforts, ventures and developments to create and launch into the community. The entreprenuer or better known as a small-business person must be recognized as the movers and shakers of society.

Sometimes negative terms, I use to devalue the spirited ecomic's architect's which are actually to spirited entreprenuers are using terms such as hustler, but the true entreprenuers would not be stopped in their pursuit of and upon their quest for wealth on development and achievement. Every person in a given group should be able to realize that the ability to develope an idea in order to sustain and empower the quality of life brings a person to the realization that the development of the new entreprenuer spirit is the primary function of every hman being.

When a person says spirit, they generally don't realize the depth of the word. In church, the spirit is an expression and experienced movement of joy of the inner man motivated by God.
